Panopreter reads text, txt files, rft files, pdf files, web pages, and Word documents with natural sounding voices. Moreover, it can read text in any other software window. The software converts the text and files into wav and mp3 audio files, and supports batch file conversion. It includes toolbars for Internet Explorer and Microsoft Word that can read web pages and Word documents, and saves the spoken speech as wav and mp3 audio files.
